total knee replacement:
letter to Mr Blake: “With heart felt thanks to you and your
wonderful team. I found them all so, so sweet, caring and kind.
I was very nervous but they all put me at ease. I have never had
real surgery before. I think you are the most brilliant surgeon,
you can hardly see the stitches. Someone at my church said my
new knee is the best she has seen so far. She has seen many, she
is a retired matron. She thought your work is brilliant. God
bless you all.” B.C.

Christmas card to Mr Blake: “Thank you for taking the pain away
